Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Board of Directors

In order to verify that the Board of Directors appropriately fulfills the duties expected of it, and to strive for improvement, Mitsubishi Ore Transport carries out an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Board of Directors every year.

Risk Management

We create a risk map for the Group as a whole and review it continuously to reduce risk as much as possible.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

We prepare BCM manual and Business Continuity Plan(BCP) and have a training session regularly to monitor the effectiveness.
